Dr. Molly Rice is a holistic veterinarian who believes that the combination of Eastern and Western medicine opens the door to a wide scope of treatment options. She holds a BS degree in Animal Physiology and Neuroscience from UC San Diego and is a UC Davis veterinary school graduate.

She worked with holistic veterinarian Dr. Ihor Basko in Kauai for a year, and has also studied with the International Veterinary Acupuncture Society and the Institute of Chinese Herbology. She has worked at San Francisco Veterinary Specialists since 2003 and continues to work there part-time. In her spare time, Molly enjoys surfing, snowboarding, and riding her thoroughbreds Zephyr and Felix.
Picture of Dr. Adam Z. Adam Piaseczny DVM

Dr. Adam Piaseczny is a graduate of Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine. He has been in practice for the past 7 years, working his way up from an associate, through a medical director, to a partner in several veterinary hospitals in the Bay Area and the Northeastern United States.

In addition to his conventional medical training, Dr. Piaseczny earned a certification in Companion Animal Acupuncture from the Chi Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Reddick, Florida. Dr. Adam is a proud caregiver of two great dogs: Chippy, a 10-year-old female mini lab from Newark, New Jersey, and Boss, a 14-year-old Staffordshire Terrier from the Bronx.
